"Dancing Glass" with Professor Carol Kaminsky (Dance Program) | CREATE Grant Project

In Fall 2018, I worked closely with Professor Carol Kaminsky, Professor Jorge Luis Morejon, and students in their dance class on a project funded by the Andrew W. Mellon Foundation CREATE Grants Program (create.miami.edu). Students choreographed and performed dances in response to glass sculptures in the collection of the Lowe Art Museum. Graduate students from Frost School of Music created original music to accompany the dances at the public performance on December 1, 2018 that drew a crowd of over 100 people to the Lowe Art Museum. A documentary was also produced on this project.
