Andrew W. Mellon Foundation CREATE Grants Program

I oversaw the CREATE Grants Program at the University of Miami. During the program’s four-year pilot, the CREATE Committee awarded over $150,000 to 24 faculty members with projects ranging between $2,000 and $10,000 each. Faculty awardees were from the following University of Miami Schools and Departments: Art and Art History, Cinema and Interactive Media, English, Geography, History, Modern Languages and Literatures, Miller School of Medicine, Frost School of Music, School of Education and Human Development, and Rosenstiel School of Marine and Atmospheric Science.

I have highlighted some of these projects in my portfolio, because I have worked closely with many grantees on their projects from inception to conclusion.
